You can supply your own garments, or purchase from us. This JB’s T-shirt is ideal for screen printing.
Some fabrics are better for screen printing than others. When purchasing from us, we will advise you on the best garments for screen printing. If you’re purchasing elsewhere, call us on 03 5337 6769 to discuss your screen printing needs before you buy.
Processes
We can help you with all the following processes:
- colour separations
- digital printing
- discharge and waterbase
- foils and flock
- metallics
You can use your own design or let our in-house Graphic Artist create a design for your needs.
Our minimum order is usually 20 items, so please call us on 03 5337 6769 if you have a smaller order to discuss your options.
Our screen printing machines can handle several garments at once.
Costs
All screen printing has a set up cost and a printing cost. The more items you print, the cheaper it will work out for you per item.
The set up of Film and Screens varies on the size of the print required.
Artwork preparation is required for each job @$30.00 per half hour (prices vary depending on the artwork supplied).
The costs are as follows:

Prices are exclusive of GST. Add 10% GST to get the total.
An ‘underlay’ may be required when printing on dark colours and counts as an additional colour – see ‘Blokes who have to Work’ image as an example of light colour printing on a dark background.
For sleeve printing add 50 cents per garment to above prices.
For Visitec or other High Visibility Polo Shirts, Singlets and Jackets please add $0.50 per garment as they require special handling and drying procedures.
